Digital Camer: Sill+Video for home usage.

I have found two Casio still cameras:
    1. ZR200
    2. Z3000

    With the following specifications:
    1. Large optical zoom
    2. Sensor 1/2.3 (not very big)
    3. VGA + HD video
    4. Video including optical zoom and auto focus.
    5. Large LCD.
    6. Sensor shift stabilization.
    7. Very good battery life.
    8. USB charging
    9. Compact size.

I think it sounds good the question is the quality of picture and video (didn't found lot of information/reviews about it)

If all is OK then I can use it for both usage of my family.

I can't find any info about Z3000. Is that the right model? I'm happy with Panasonic ZS3 for photos and video. Has 12x zoom that extends to 21x when using 3mp photo resolution.
    Sony NEX 3 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. Canon 300HS, Fuji F70, Panasonic ZS19.
