    Canon camera problems!!?

    i have a canon powershot SD630 6.0 mega pixels nd the lens isn't going in and when i turn it on it says LENS ERROR, RESTART CAMERA and i kept restarting it and it wen even deeper but not the right way.. does anyone having the same problem.. or know how to fix it or atleast some tips... please!

    One thing to try is to put in new charged batteries. That may do it. If it does it is an easy fix.

    The two most likely problems are bad battery (recharge fully, or try to find another battery) or something jamming the lens mechanism. If you've led a pious life it'll be the battery. If not, you can try gently but firmly tapping the camera on the side while the lens is trying to retract to free up whatever is jammed. That may help, but it may only be a temporary help.

    And yes, all cameras with retractable lenses are subject to this type of problem.
