    O.k. I see now thats what I thought but wasn't sure. I think I will use a monopod as I have a cheap one for my video, and have put the 700 on it a few times, Maybe the manfrotto one that has the tripod extendor legs in the base. I like the looks of the grip ball head. Any advice for a set up for me? sports shooting, 70-200 and at some point the 200 - 500mm. And NO I can't afford a hydrostatic head unit LOL
