Yes, it does sort of look like the Keking Opera Company, but it actually was the premier folkloric group in Mexico. The photo was taken in Acapulco.

With that color and definition? That is amazing! Obviously, three elements worked together to make that great shot: Great camera, great lens, great photograher...

Excellent pic, wonderful colors and detail. One small question. Was this shot taken hand-held or with tripod? Thanks for sharing such an awesome photo. :)

The photo was taken handheld. However, I was using a Canon 28-135 IS lens.
