Choosing a camera and need help...

i need to decide between a Fuji Finepix S7000, or a Nikon Coolpix 8700

i would have liked the D70 but i wouldnt get the use out of it to justify the price.

Which camera is better...i want it for general shooting but also must be good in low light, bright daylight, and good with long exposures (e.g. of cars on a motorway)

im not sure which has a better zoom either :confused:

any help choosing would be great! and yes i know they are far apart pricewise...just talking about the technicals not the pricing.

I own the Nikon 8700 and I don't like it at all. The digital photo output is no better than our 5mp digital cameras. The Fuji S7000 has gotten a lot of variable reviews. If I were you, I would take a look at the Olympus C-8080.

The C-8080 has received the best reviews of all the 8mp digital cameras on the market.
