Very nice shots, I Love the effect with the face, can you briefly explain how you did it?

I used photoshop 7 and a few basic filters. I did it quickly, early this morning before work, so I'm trying to remember what exactly I did. First I cropped her face to the desired look. Then I equalized the photo....and I can't remember what filter I used to get the red and blue tint. But anyways, I selected the area that I DIDNT want to be blurred, and inverted the selection to the areas that I did want. I then did a motion blur to the desired effect. Lastly, I added the white lines around the unblurred portion.

I think it turned out pretty well. If I did it again, I don't think I would equalize it because it caused some unnecessary pixelation in the unblurred part.

Thats actually Ironic, thats the one effect I wanted to know how you achieved. Everything else I could have guessed :p , Oh well I guess I will just have to use trial and error. Thanks for the reply
