My :D40 went infrared yesterday,was in a holiday mood and hence the tripod was left in the car.All of these shots were handheld except the first two which a self timer was used and camera placed on bridge.

ooverdrive - I really like these IR shots! Is your D40 converted or do you use an IR filter?

Thank you xialo,am doing fine btw cvicisso its a unmodified D40 .....a r72 filter was used for the above shots.

Ahh, that explains why the photos look like they do.

Definitely need a tripod with the R72 filter.
