for short-term display. My home office is where I put most of my work on the wall, but I use double-stick tape and stuff like that currently.

I could swear that I remember a type of clip available years ago that would stay on the wall, and you could put up a picture, mounted or unmounted, by pushing the paper up into the clip which would grip it. It was ideal for putting up stuff that might only stay up a few days at a time. There was no glass, and the clips were pretty cheap. I think they were made by Falcon but the brand isn't important.

I'm going nuts trying to find something like this. Anybody have a clue what I'm looking for??

Close, but the ones I had in mind don't require the picture to be framed at all, or even mounted.

I don't think it is exactly what you are looking for, but at most frame shops you can get little plastic adhesive hangers. They stick to the back of *whatever* and allow you to hang it on a normal hook or nail. They look a lot like something you would find attached to a product in a store hanging on a display. I usually pay about $0.20 each for them.

The best solution that I've found are 3M Command Strips. They are ingenious and they work...withuot ruining your art, frames or the walls...
