Trying to decide between these two cameras. Love to hear what anyone has to say. Thanks!

In my opinion, go with the 5060.The reason being it has an easier menu navigation. I owned the C5050 and it took great pics. I tried the 5700, it took decent photos but oh, those menus. Stick with the oly, it is easier to use.

Trying to decide between these two cameras. Love to hear what anyone has to say. Thanks! It sort of depends not so much on the menus in my opinion, but on what you're expecting to do with the camera. I picked up the following tidbits from comparing the two on Jeff's "Review" list:
Zoom Capability:
5700: 8X optical + 4X digital
5060: 4X optical + 3.5X digital

Lens equivalent to:
5700: 35mm - 280mm
So, the 5700 zoom extends ~2.5X at its longest over the 5060 zoom. If you're shooting sports photos, or other things at a distance, this could be a big deal.
5060: 27mm - 110mm
On the other hand, 27mm is a sweet focal length for architectural shots and various other scenic photography.

Maximum Aperture:
5700: F2.8 - F4.2
5060: F2.8 - F4.8
Here, the 5700 has a faster lens at maximum focal length, even though it's 2.5X the maximum focal length of the 5060's lens. But the speed difference isn't all that significant - no biggie, I'd think.

As far as the menus go, I think it's a matter of "getting used to them." I have a Nikon 4500, had a 990 before that, and even though there are lots of menu choices, it seems like the important ones are always within two or three selections, and when you get used to it, you find that it's not really a problem for the user.
