View Full Version : Moire removal

Hey everyone.

Ive got a moire problem. At least I think its moire. Ill let the attached photos do the talking, but I did a search about Moire removal and I came up with nothing. Regular searches about Moire seem to bring up many cases of Nikon's D70, and thats just the camera which took the pictures I'm trying to edit.

Every adjustment I make in Photoshop just amplifies the problem, and everything I try to do to remove the problem, just doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know of a filter, or something like a filter, for photoshop that can fix the problem, or am I SOL?

Thanks for the help, here are the pictures.

First photo is the original, only resized for the web, the second has some minor Shadow/Highlight recovery, and a touch of exposure adjustment, then resized for the web.

Have a look here (http://www.russellbrown.com/tips_tech.html)at Russell Brown's site. "Moire go away" towards the bottom of the page.
