Does anybody have any experience with 3rd party batteries? For example, my new Canon SD300 uses the "rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery Pack NB-4L." It costs around $45.
But a quick search on google rought up a few 3rd party brands selling for 1/3 the price, like this one:
"CTA
NB-4L 900mAH 3.7V Replacement Battery For Canon"
Description: This CTA digital battery replaces the Canon NB-4L digital camera battery. It was designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and is 100-percent compatible to the original equipment chargers.

Does anybody have any experience dealing with 3rd party batteries? Will it void the warrenty, or mess up my camera in any way? Thanks.
