M is for Monkey, poor sad Monkey that can not come out to play with all the digital photos, because he was shot (DON'T SHOOT ANIMALS!!!) with an analog Nikkormat FTn and Nikon 85mm f1.8 (I think) , on slide film, then printed and that print scanned. So Monkey does not qualify! :(

Nice idea, KIWI

CR: Why good idea K1W1?
I like how the main subject (the monkey) was distracted by the secondary subject (the iron bar) - that home in the plight of the monkey.

Nice picture, Coldy. Beautiful lighting and composition.
It's a pity it does not qualify for the ABC thread. I could take a picture of my computerscreen and post it for you, though :D

By the way, about the lens you used, is it an AI 85mm or a non-AI?

Tim, take a look at the ABC thread by Kiwi.

I do not actually know what the AI stands for Prospero :o...

I am guessing it will be non-AI since it is pre-AF era. It is called"Nikkor-H Auto 1:1.8 f = 85mm"

The reason I say that I think the photo was made with that lens, is because I am not 100% sure anymore if it may have been the 135mm f3.5. Too long ago, and it is hard to judge by the photo.
