DCRP Review: Olympus C-765 Ultra Zoom
by Jeff Keller, DCRP Founder/Editor
Last Updated: May 12, 2004

You read our review of this camera, right?

Please also see the C-770 Ultra Zoom gallery, as it shares the same lens and CCD as this camera.

The photographs below were taken at default settings, with the ISO fixed at 64. The image quality and resolution were at their highest levels.

Photos 1-5 are from Stanford University.

Photos 6-7 were taken near SF Int'l Airport.

Photo 8 was taken at Crissy Field.

Photos 9-11 were taken from the Golden Gate Bridge.

Photo 12-13 were taken in Chinatown.

Clicking on the thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image. Clicking on the link below that will show the full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge the photo quality from any image except for the full-size image, as these smaller images were recompressed when they were downsized.

I've noted any special modes I used underneath the photo. You can click on "View EXIF data" to get additional information about each photo.
