You read our review of this camera, right?
The photographs below were taken at
default settings, with the ISO fixed at 200, unless otherwise noted. The image
quality and resolution were at their highest levels. I alternated between the 18-55 and 55-200 mm lenses for these photos.
Photos 1-5 were taken in the Hetch Hetchy area in Yosemite National Park.
Photos 6-8 are from Yosemite Valley.
Photos 9-14 were taken at Crissy Field.
Photos 15-18 were taken in Chinatown.
Photo 19-23 are from Stanford University.
Photos 24-26 were taken near the Ferry Building.
Clicking on the
thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image.
Clicking on the link below that will show the
full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge
the photo quality from any image except for the
full-size image, as these smaller images were
recompressed when they were downsized.
I've noted any
special modes I used underneath the photo.

get additional information about each photo.
