You read our review of this camera, right?
Unless otherwise noted, photographs below were taken at
default settings, with the ISO fixed at 200. I used the kit lens for all of the photos, except for the second one. The image
quality and resolution were at their highest levels. RAW images were converted with Nikon Capture NX, with exposure compensation and white balance adjustments as needed.
Photos 1-5 are from Stanford University.
Photo 6 was taken inside the new Westfield San Francisco Centre.
Photos 7-11 are from the SF Int'l Auto Show. All of these photos were converted from RAW format.
Photos 12-16 were taken in Chinatown.
Photo 17 was taken in Berkeley.
Clicking on the
thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image.
Clicking on the link below that will show the
full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge
the photo quality from any image except for the
full-size image, as these smaller images were
recompressed when they were downsized.
I've noted any
special modes I used underneath the photo.
