You read our review of this camera,
right?
The photographs below were taken at
default settings, with the ISO fixed at 50. The image
quality and resolution were at their highest levels.
Anti-shake was turned on for all photos.
Photo 1 was taken
during my ferry ride from Vallejo to SF.
Photos 2-5 are from the T-Mobile San
Francisco Grand Prix bike race. These guys are hardcore!
Photo 6 was taken on my trip back
to Vallejo.
Photos 7-8 were taken at Crissy Field.
Photos 9-13 were
taken in and around Chinatown. Photos were taken at
the same time as the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ3 and DMC-FZ20.
Photo 14 was taken
here at home. Everything
from this shot on were taken with the 1.02 firmware.
Photos 15-20 were taken at Stanford
University. I reshot these images due to the requests
of a few users who think the new firmware will improve
image quality. I have links to the old images (shot
a few weeks prior) so you can compare the differences.
Clicking on the
thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image.
Clicking on the link below that will show the
full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge
the photo quality from any image except for the
full-size image, as these smaller images were
recompressed when they were downsized.
I've noted any
special modes I used underneath the photo.
