You
read our review of this camera, right?
Photos
1-8 were in the Pier 39. That's the new, enormous Star Princess
in port. I'm a big fan of all huge machines so I couldn't miss her
rare visit to San Francisco. If they only gave tours like they used
to.
Photos
9-12 were taken at Fort Point. Do note that these were taken
much later in the day (5:30pm) than usual, so don't compare these
against the usual pictures I take down there.
Photos
13-19 were taken in Orange County, CA, while I was house
hunting. Those hotel shots were in Costa Mesa.
Photos
20-35 were taken at The Flower Fields in Carlsbad, CA.
I got a little "shutter happy" here and took a ton of
pictures (there are many which I did not post). This place is a
must for photographers. I was pleased to see lots of digicams
while I was wandering through the fields.
Do note: on the lower-left side of some of these photos,
things will look a bit cloudy. I believe this was due to a fingerprint
on the lens (that I didn't discover until I got home, of course).
Photo
36 was taken at Crystal Cove State Park (while I stood
on the trunk of my rental car) in Newport Coast. I love So. Cal
sunsets.
I've
noted any special modes I used underneath the photo. You can click
on "View EXIF data" to get additional information about
each photo. Unless otherwise noted, these were taken in 3MP/Fine
mode.
Clicking
on the thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image. Please
do not judge photo quality by these smaller images, as they have
been recompressed. Clicking on the link below that will show the
full-size (large!) image.
