DCRP Review: Casio QV-3000EX Photo Gallery
by Jeff Keller, DCRP Founder/Editor
Last Updated: Saturday, August 12, 2000

You read the review of this camera, right?

This group of photos is special for a number of reasons. For one, you get to take a peak at my real job (Bill Gates photo), my obsessions (coasters, airplanes), and the spot of the very first DCRP sample photo!

For the "we like your site because it's personal" people: I was lucky enough to be invited to be one of the first members of the public to ride the new Stealth "flying" coaster at Paramount's Great America! You'll probably hear more about this real soon, if you haven't already. I got to ride 6 times, and I have to say, you really feel like flying (well, I've never flown before, but this is how I'd imagine it).

Update 3/28 - Want to see even more photos? Check out some photos from my trip to Seattle!

Jeff Keller, news photographer! This is before I had to help move all the "real" photographers away from the stage! Sorry it's blurry, Bill just wouldn't stand still! Looking towards the really nice Adobe building in San Jose. The cool finale to the Top Gun coaster.

Stealth from a distance.

Closer view of Stealth.

I do believe that's an American 737-800 in front of the 747.

Here comes the 747-400... Cleared for takeoff! Anyone know where this is? Why, this is where I took the first ever sample photo for the DCRP! Check out the Coolpix 950 gallery, which was our first, if you don't believe me!

Looking back towards the city. This photo confirms what I always suspected: Windsurfers ARE nuts! Those are BIG waves and the wind was at least 40mph! Another shot. I'm down at Fort Point, by the way.
