Our review of the EOS-60D is coming shortly. While you're waiting, enjoy these sample photos.

Unless otherwise noted, photos are taken at ISO 100 with the image quality set to the highest level. All other settings are at their default values. I used the Canon F3.5-5.6, 18 - 200 mm IS kit lens for all of these.

Photos 1-4 are from Stanford University.

Photos 5-9 were taken in Chinatown.

Photos 10 and 11 were taken at the SF Int'l Auto Show.

Photo 12 was taken at the SF Int'l Airport.

Photos 13-16 were taken during a ferry ride from San Francisco to Oakland.

Clicking on the thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image. Clicking on the link below that will show the full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge the photo quality from any image except for the full-size image, as these smaller images were recompressed when they were downsized.

I've noted any special modes I used underneath the photo. You can click on "View EXIF data" to get additional information about each photo.
