You read our review of this camera, right?
The photographs below were taken at
default settings, with the ISO fixed at 100. The image
quality and resolution were at their highest levels.
Photo 1 was taken here at home. Lens used: Canon 17-85 mm F4-5.6 IS
Photos 2-6 were
taken at Stanford University. Please note that I took these much earlier in the day than I normally do. Lens used: Canon 17-85 mm F4-5.6 IS
Photos 7-8 are
from the Marin Headlands. Lens used: Canon 17-85 mm F4-5.6 IS
Photos 9-10 were taken near Monterey, CA. Lens used: Canon 17-85 mm F4-5.6 IS
Photo 11 was taken in Chinatown. Lens used: Canon 17-85 mm F4-5.6 IS
Photo 12 was taken here at home (again) Lens used: Canon 50 mm F1.4
Photos 13-14 were taken at UC Berkeley (just to show that I'm a little balanced here). Lens used: Canon 50mm F1.4
Photos 15 and 16 were taken from the Marina Green in SF. Lenses used: Canon 70-200 F4L and 50 mm F1.4, respectively.

full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge
the photo quality from any image except for the
full-size image, as these smaller images were
recompressed when they were downsized.
