DCRP Review: Canon EOS-1D Mark II
by Jeff Keller, DCRP Founder/Editor
Last Updated: March 25, 2004

Our review of this camera is coming in April. In the meantime, enjoy these sample photos.

The photographs below were taken at default settings, with the ISO fixed at 100. The image quality and resolution were at their default levels (Large/8). Lens used was the Canon 16-35 F2.8L.

Photos 1-6 were taken in Chinatown.

Photos 7-9 were taken at Crissy Field.

Clicking on the thumbnail will display a reduced, 800 x 600 image. Clicking on the link below that will show the full-size (large!) image. Please do not judge the photo quality from any image except for the full-size image, as these smaller images were recompressed when they were downsized.

I've noted any special modes I used underneath the photo. You can click on "View EXIF data" to get additional information about each photo.
