I've narrowed down my search to the canon s500 or the nikon 5200, but am having a hell of a time making the final decision. Have read all the reviews on this site and some others as well as some user reviews.
My main problem is the Canon has no scene modes while the Nikon has no manual shutter or apperature control. Also the movie mode in Canon is limited to 3min while I'm not sure how much of a movie you can get say on a 256KB Sd card.
The 2 cameras are too similar in all other aspects to make a deciding vote. Can somebody please help me on this?
