Buy.com - any experiences with cameras

I have bought a lot of memory cards and other small electronic items from Buy.com. I've always been pleased with their service, but then again I've never had to return anything.

Does anybody have experience buying digital cameras from Buy.com, especially if you've had to return one? I'm considering buying one very soon. (Ordinarily I buy from a local store like Best Buy, but no stores in my town have the camera I'm interested in.)
