Vivicam 3330 HELP

My vivicam 3330 I just can't get my pc to regcognise. If I set it to pc camera, it is ok, but on mass storage to download my pics, photobase 3 does not recognise it.
I have redownlaoded the programs and the drivers. Still nothing..

Slowly going insane.

Please if someone has a suggestion how to make this thing work I would be so grateful!
