Question Digitrex DSC-3000 Flash Problems

Is there a way to preset the flash on this camera? As it is now, the flash setting defaults to "none" each time I turn the camera off. This makes it just about impossible to take a spontaneous picture of my kids!

Default Req for DSC-3000 CD drivers - Thank you.

Good afternoon,

My wife, Toni, and I got a Digitrex DSC-3000 for Christmas and are finally starting to plan out summer. And wouldn't you know it, there's no installation CD in the box.

What we are writing you and asking is if you have the abiity to copy your CD and if we might please buy a copy of it.

Thank you so much for reading,
John and Toni and Keng Fu, the Pekingese

Carola,

You may have already got your answer, but the camera for some reason or another does not lock into a flash mode. When you turn the camera on and the view screen comes on, hit menu & flash will be the first line. Arrow over to the right then arrow up to auto, then arrow over to the right again to set the flash mode. It takes about 3-5 secs once you get the hang of it. You may also find that you will have enough light in the room to avoid using the flash all together. Hope this helps.

Joel
