It's even easier than that. Just read Jeffs review of the A95 here and it will run you through the settings.
I would suggest also a tutorial on cameras explaining White Balance, Aperture and Shutter Priority, and Full Manual settings. If you google.com and type in digital camera tutorials there is a wealth of general knowlege that will apply to any camera, digital or film.
