Default file error message

I purchased a 1GB memory card for my HP camera. A file error message kept on showing up. I called HP and they said nothing wrong with the camera. Could it be the memory card? and why?

Default Hmmm

I use to have a 64mb sd card that for some reason would only read from my panasonic camcorder and not my kodak 2.0 mp camera. I never had problems with it anywhere else but that specific camera. It could have been the memory as well because I would get an error message in the camcorder as well but I would just reset it and it worked. Well IMHO I think it is the memory. Eventhough some reading media is more sensitive to eroors that erupt from just being media that is filed with certain amount of "Acceptable" errors.
