They seemed to have good ratings on pricegrabber, and very competative prices. Any horror stories out there? (or just anything in general I should be aware of?)

I haven't heard anything really bad on my end. I ordered from them and they were good, got the product fast and recieved tracking numbers for my merchandise. My buddy did as well and he recieved good service as well. In my opinion a safe buy.
