I called HP 4 times to talk to some foreigner and to get dis connected twice. Once i got referred to a site called Ambry. Ambry will get you the part if you have a part number.... of course HP didn't think to include that number on it's part....hmmm....
i think i will go with a different company soon.
P.s. Samsung digis suck eggs too.... and kodak easy share seems to be the best for the cheapest so far... although i'm ready to get a bigger and better camera....maybe canon?

it is an lcd for model no L1839A HP
M407 digital camera. Can't you look it up this way? Or maybe there is another dealer that you know of?
Our system isn't setup to determine part numbers, we can only search by a part number and those part numbers do not come up. As for dealers the best I can suggest is to search on google for someone that sells the camera as very few vendors do in our circle, we mostly deal in computer hardware, server parts etc...

i need to order a replacement lcd for

part in question... maybe you could
make heads or tails of it and let me
know what part i can buy. HP referred
me to Ambry so know that you must have
the part there. Please tell me you do,
because it's such a simple fix! again,
it is an lcd for model no L1839A HP
M407 digital camera and the numbers i
have are A40801604010A.06
TO018THEB1 436NIDA0052356 and
1890000070 4 08 30 L2
Can anyone please finalize my

Unfortunately none of the numbers you included come up for us as valid numbers in our system and I was unable to get any hits on google for them. I'm sure they are manufacturers internal numbers before selling them to HP but nothing came up and I am unable to determine a part number for the replacement lcd.
looks like a simple fix is not that simple....
