Which flash (SD) should I buy?

Hello fellow fotographers,


I am choosing a 1 GB SD card for NIkon Coolpix 5200 @ around 30 bucks.
I would like to get the fastest card I need, but dont have any idea how to compare advertised card speeds to what specified camera can handle.

So far in consideration:

Kingston Elite pro 50x - http://www.kingston.com/flash/sdelitepro.asp
ScanDIsc 1GB standard, have no info on its speed

Also, a work on the brands im looking at would be fantastic.
