Goodmans GShot 2025

Hi,

I was given a G Shot 2025 by my sister. It worked perfectly for her for about 12 months. It worked great for me until the other day. I had it connected to the pc using the usb lead, and I had a photo managing program open. For some reason my pc froze and had to be restarted. I forgot I had the camera 'plugged in' and restarted the pc. Since then the camera has not worked. I've taken out the batteries, recharged them, put them back in but there's nothing on the screen when switched on. There's a red light next to the bit that you look through to take a picture, when its switched on, that comes on and I hear a very faint clicking when its on, have to hold it to my ear to hear that.

Anyone know what I've done? Is there anything I can do to get it working again?

Any help much appreciated as I'm new to all this.
