Optimus 5.0 question

Hi... does anyone know how to remove the time stamp from the photos? I took some great pics of my sister's wedding but I had to crop them all to remove the time stamp. The date/time does not show on the screen when taking the pics, and I can't find anything in any of the menus or in the manual about how to prevent it from stamping all your pics.
