Nikon Coolpix S6 ..... how good is this camera?

I am looking for a new point-and-shoot to complement my D70 ..... for those situations where a true pocket camera is all that can be used.

I find that the screen on my 3 year old P and S is just too small (ie, my eyesight is failing!), and I am attracted by the 3-inch screen on the new Coolpix S6.

But, how good is this camera? It has no view-finder at all ...... is this a disadvantage .... or is it something we are all going to have to get used to over the next few years (as viewfinders are phased out!!). What are the weaknesses of this camera? What are the really good points? What other 3'' screen P-&-S cameras compete with it?

Any comments from experienced users would be appreciated
