Acer CE-5330 Digital Camera

I have just bought an an Acer CE-5330 Digital camera and find that I cannot download the pictures to the computer.

There is error message saying that the device is unknown or that the USB port is not recognised by windows.

There is no driver with the camera except for windows 98.

Can anyone advise how to fix this problem.

I have read your remarks on your camera not downloading i have the same camera and finding the same trouble on a windows xp this is great but doe's not work on windows vista can you tell did you resolve this problem if you did would you tell me how please thanx patricia
