I bought that exact same kit when I purchased my D50, and I like it a lot for a travel around bag. It's a well made bag, but I'm finding that as I acquire more toys for my camera (lenses, speedlights, etc.) that the bag fills up quickly. For the most part I just carry around my 18-200 VR lens and an SB-600 flash, a lens hood, spare batteries and memory cards, cleaning cloths. The bag accomodates that well, but if you're planning on carrying around another lens on top of that stuff, you may want to look at a larger bag. For the money, its nice to have, especially since you get a spare battery with it. Also, unless you're using a 52mm lens (like the 18-55 kit lens that comes on the D50), the UV filter won't do you any good. Some of the other guys have mentioned that its not really a good thing to have NIKON pasted across the front of the bag as that can be a "please steal me" sign for some people - hasn't been a problem for me yet, but if you're shooting in "shady" areas a lot, you may want to consider that.
