It will search all the best stores online and you can read reviews of the store and it will compare the price at all the other stores. You will always get the best price.

At least mention the DCRP co-brand site so I can get some $$ to pay the bills!

Default Buy in Canada or via Internet?

This may be a pretty basic question but I couldn't find an FAQ that addresses it. What are the downsides to buying cameras via US internet sites?

I know that I will be subject to 12% duty plus exchange and GST and PST. What about warrantee isuues? Will I be out of luck if I need warrantee repairs? Will it be more cumbersome than it is worth to pursue these repairs if I have to do so in the U.S.? Any other things I should consider? I have been browsing various U.S. sites and in many cases I can do much better even after factoring in the tariffs and taxes.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to reply to this.

The warranty issue is a big one. I don't know where you live, but if you buy a camera intended for sale in the US, that's where you'll have to send it should it need repair.

Default U. S. Warrantee

I live in Ontario and so would have to send a camera needing warranty work to the U.S. apparently. What experiences have others had in this regard? Is it worth the hassle or would I receive better service purchasing and getting warranty work in Canada?
