Default What you hate about 20D?

right now, i am still extremely utterly confuse in whether to get the KM 7D or 20D. so, i decided to post in a canon forum and ask the 20D users what you hate about the 20D. thanks for helping me make my choice.

You did this about the XT not too long ago, did you not? Seems you're merely trolling now... A little research and comparison shopping goes a long way if you're truly serious.

No, that was another person. But still, this kind of question does not bring much.

if you are seirious and you have the money, just get the 20d, it is a better camera and it has better lenses/accesories which will carry with you from camera to camera. The only issue here is money, because I can guarantee if they cost the same we wouldn't be having this conversation...

Default what do you hate about trolls?

Seems to me that it could very well be a troll since the subject title is identical.

Ah well, I guess since I spotted somebody spamvertising "XXX" downloads on the site yesterday and since we're now getting trolls I reckon Jeff's site's getting a ton more traffic since he moved over to the current BBS.

It's hard to hate ANYTHING about the 20D. Now, with its very reasonable price on the used market, they are even more loveable.

The grip is annoying, AF needs improvement, but asking for more features is asking for a pro body.
The replacement for the 20D may have these updates, thus making it a great buy.

Default From my limited use of the 20D...

... it appears very little is bad.

It will go down in history as one of the landmark Canon DSLRs IMO. Unchallenged at it's pricepoint.

Thumbs down KM is a dead horse

Everytime I see this post, I scratch my head. What part of "Konica-Minolta is history" do you not understand?

Even if you went wild and wound up buying a 6.1MP Nikon D70s (for whatever strange reason you might), you would be better off than hanging on to the idea that the KM 6.1MP is some kind of reasonable option. It died, last month, on the Japanese corporate cutting room floor.

Okay, if the market starts dumping KMs and you have a severe case of the shakes, you may have a valid reason to pick one up, but as it presently stands... just buy the 8.1MP Canon EOS 20D and start taking some photographs. Debating equipment without doing anything is just a silly waste of time. Dive in and do something... anything... but get 'er done!
