Default What is wrong with my Concord 4360Z Digital Camera

Hi all,

I bought my Concord 4360Z Digital Camera about 15 months ago from Argos. As a result I have a collection of very low (and bad) quality photos from some important events in my families events.

I tried to follow the instructions from its manual but whatever i do it never produce a good picture. Pictures are blurry, dark, or too bright especially outside pictures are too bright

This camera has given me really bad result in very precious events for example I have very low quality of photos of my graduation day, photos from wedding party of one of my relatives and photos of my newborn son.

Do you think that all concord digital cameras are like this? or is it just my luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I don’t know what to say to the repair man if I took it to him. Is it broken?

Asa,

I used to have a Concord and immediately after I received it, everything I shot wound up with a blue crosshatch type of pattern on it. I tried everything to fix it with no luck, so I contacted Concord, and they were very nice and told me to send the camera back to them (in California). They determined that it was a defect and sent me a brand new camera that worked fine.

I realize you're not on a warrantee anymore, but you have nothing to lose by contacting them. They just might have some suggestions.

Good luck, and I hope you get some answers.

I believe their website originates from the Hollywood Florida area, and that's probably why it's down. I myself live not far from there and there is devastation all over, no power, and it's just a huge mess. I was lucky because a friend from upstate got me out.

So, have patience, and I'm sure they'll be back as soon as they can.

You might want to check California information though, because that's where I had to ship mine to have it checked and replaced.
