Unhappy GE Digital cam

I have recently acquired a GE USB Digital?? camera. I gave no idea where to get drivers for it and am unable to operate it without them. I have tried driverguide and google but nothing i have seen even comes close to the cam i have any help would be great

This looks like one tough cookie to crack! I take it that this is a USB webcam - probably 640x480 VGA and not worth too much trouble over.

The closest to general electric digital cams that I found was this ebay auction: here

Is yours anything like it? Also, what version of windows are you currently running?

Unhappy same problem with GE digital cam

I too, have the exact same problem.
General Electric small digital cam for video xhats and such, but no drivers..
looked everywhere, but couldn't find any.. not even in their site.

am using windows XP

if you could help.. would really appreciate it

btw,
mine is not similar to the one in your example..

it's same kind, but different design.. probobly a bit older

You have probably been looking in the wrong location. GE sold its consumer electronics division to Thomson electronics in 1987. You can find drivers and information for your cameras in the following locations:

if you know the model camera you have, you can go to this site right here and download the drivers. http://www.jascoproducts.com/support...ads.asp#pccams .... im glad to help, i only came acrost this because i was looking for drivers also
