FZ5 vs S5200 Help a novice out!

I was all set to buy the Panasonic DMC-FZ5 then stumbled across the Fujifilm S5100, then learned of the release of the 5200 towards the end of September. I am impressed by the higher ISO rating of 1600 (better results in low light right?) on the S200 as well as the manual focus option. Both are in my price range. If I spend any more than $400 then I might as well buy a DSLR which I am not ready to do. Any help would be appreciated. I was curious about the Fuji lens vs. the Leica on the Panasonic. I also realize the Fuji has no OIS with it. Milz

Nobody can make a judgement until some reviews come out. If you have to buy now, get the FZ5 unless there's something overly compelling on the S5200 (which still lacks IS).
