Anyone ever dealt with buy.com?

Company has good prices and a wide selection of products but the reviews (customer service) are less than thrilling. I was wondering had anyone had any experience with this company?

I have purchased many things from them over the years. Usually books or such. Never had a problem, but never did try to return anything.

I have received defective merchandise and had no problem with the exchange

I've had good experiences there, too. I find that there are usually better prices elsewhere, though. I'd trust the ratings on the pricegrabber or similar sites that link from here. My experiences pretty well match those ratings.

I've never ordered a camera from them but I have ordered DVDs, CDs, and books. Never had any problems. Always got confirmation emails with tracking numbers and products showed up in a timely manner.
