I ordered digital memory from them on Friday. Today my order was "on hold." I called earlier, and was told to check back in an hour; they were updating their system. Approx. 4 hours later, my order was still on hold. I tried the "live online" support; after 5-6 attempts, I gave up and called. They told me that my product was backordered, and the order was cancelled. I would not recommend them at all; they have poor customer support and don't deliver as promised.
