DSLR with voice memo

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have tried to find the camera I need but have had little success so I am here to see if anyone can assist.

I am looking for a digital SLR with the following features:

1. Voice memo (required)
2. Tilt or tilt swivel LCD (like to have but not required)
3. Price: Below $1500.00
4. Will consider and brand, with any features.
