How about a compromise and we call it split-toned sepia warmed with gold?

Okay seriously. It's my conversion. It has nothing to do with Sepia. It's B&W with a slight warmth to it. Straight up, no old time daddy-the-outlaw-and-daughter-the-prostitute-with-Jack-Daniel's-in-a-Saloon ugliness.
