    I'll second Anne - (exept I do get to see the colours) lovely to see these leaves - nice clear pics too.

    The Fall of Summer

    This is my first ever photo posted with any SLR, nevermind a DSLR so please be gentle . Advice is always appreciated as I learn more about my Nikon D50.

    graphlin - thanks for posting your first photo on this thread. I really like the composition with the dark diagonal - also the leaf shapes and colours add a lot of interest. Thanks for sharing.

    Another one from my limited supply. I wasn't happy with the preset white balance on the D50 for shade. It made the colours way too saturated and didn't capture the natural light under the canopy, so I took a preset WB by using the white sweatshirt my wife was wearing It worked pretty well.. what do you think?
