Clarifications on the various series

Can anyone explain the various differences between the DSC-W7, P200, T7 and T33?

Obviously size is one, but what about features?

It's pretty unlikely that any one person can fully answer your question right off the top of their head. If you'll spend a little time researching the features of the cameras in question you'll find out exactly what you want to know. The Steve's Digicams website lists all camera features for all the cameras you mention in your post.

I would like to focus more on the P200 and W7.

From the specification page on this site, they are nearly identical: The W7 has a larger LCD, an onboard memory, and AA batteries at the cost for 50g and overall larger frame.

Steve doesn't review either, but the P150 and W1. I've read both to get an idea. To be honest, I have difficulties understanding what seems to me to be fairly minor differences between the two (skipping the number of Mega Pixels - which is even between the P200 and W7).
