Boring conditions. I have an ok one I may post. Really I just want to go back and get a better shot.

Yup. That happens. I used to have the same problem shooting The Canyon when I lived in AZ.

Yeah, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. I really wasn't feeling motivated the whole weekend though.

Yup. That happens too. Maybe next time detour south a little through Solvang, Pismo, and Santa Maria.

The problem is that it takes time. Usually I steal a few hours to go shoot, and sometimes I'm just not inspired, so... garbage, or nothing at all. The real problem is going to a place for the second or third time, and finding the been there, done that, syndrome.

Nice one, Lukas. I had trouble reconciling this view with what Google was telling me, until I realised this Morro Rock was spelled with two 'r's, not one!

Thanks Lucas. See it was a nice day for wondering around the rock. A very nice shot of the beach to the North. Bet the boats were having fun entering the harbor that day. I remember us having to "surf" the 95 footer in some days.

Out to the dump for a recyling run. Decided this scene required some post processing. Punny eh?

Not sure. I'm terrible with the names of the things I photograph.

An oldish shot. My processing skills have improved enough for me to be happy with this one now.
