Great photo and edit work Lukas, sun rays from filter?

Thanks Rich. The rays/sunstar is caused by part of the sun blocked by clouds and a small aperture. I believe I used f/16. Some lenses are better at creating this than others. I usually don't have too much luck with it. There are some other rays between the bottom of the clouds and the horizon that occur naturally.

Yes some great B&W shots in there, must get round to having a go at some myself.
Here's a quick landscape of Monsal Head in Derbyshire. It's a beautiful place but didn't have much time there this visit as we just went out for lunch. Must get back there to do it justice.

Yes it is kg. There is a lot more too it as well if you go on even a brief walk. As I said I must get back there to explore more.

Raven yes correct it was the E620. I agree you can definately tell. Plus the sky is actually blue without me having to underexpose although I did slightly increase the saturation in Picassa. I'm desperately trying to like the 620 but I'm still not sure I like the look of the images. I just wish it was a bit sharper. The mid distance trees in that shot demonstrate what I mean, it wasn't that windy on the day & I'd have hoped for a bit more sharpness at 1/320th and f8. I didn't do any back to back shots at Monsal so I can't realy compare but I'm very tempted to sell the camera and look for a second hand 50-200 lens instead to use on the E510.
