I actually like the vertical shot, of course, I can only see part of it at a time on my little monitor.

    Damn you're good Lukas.

The vertical has beautifull colours and exposure is spot on to preserve the interest in that water

5 exposure HDR. Unfortunately the halo effect is strong, but at least the sky looks good in my opinion

Thanks Phill, actually I am wondering IF this image is too dark. My PC Samsung monitor is not any close to my MacBook or Eizo in my office... hence the result looks bit too dark to me now. Perhaps I must urgently purchase iMac (since I hate using notebooks except for surfing and mobility).

Doesn't look too dark to me. There is a yellow outline sitting on top of the cloud near the sun that looks kind of funny. Not sure if that's int he original or if it's from pp.

    Early morning canal

Didn't quite get out early enough to grab a sunrise like I wanted but here is an early morning shot of the misty canal near us. SOOC.

Phil - that's a lovely exposure - I like the mist on the canal
was that fill in flash on the foreground foliage? - or just the lighting?...
Looks like some early sun creeping through.
