I just finished downloading the first picture i have taking with my new camera a olympus e510 which came with 2 lens. These picture were taken of all around the island of oahu on my honeymoon (my husband great )





the next couple were taking while my husband was driving down Farrington Highway(93) he was going anywhere from 25-40 mph give or take on which part.

Lake Aloha.

The landscape here is unreal, even a picture doesn't really do it justice (I have been thinking of a fisheye....) I'd like to go back and catch a moonrise and sunrise from the same location more or less.

The black and white hardly effects it, since the clouds and rocks are most of the picture and are pretty grey, and the distant trees don't exactly add a lot of color. I can't tell which ones are B&W as I scroll through.

More pictures to follow as I get the desire and time.

Shot this at 2 seconds, ISO-100, F/22 for depth of field. I ended up with my circular polarizer on there too, but also used my 1000x neutral density filter to darkening things up.

This is very interesting to see a different landscape - what camera are you using? and do you have software to resize easily - your photos are a little larger than best for viewing here - if you can make them a little smaller that would help uus to see them better
